1. Services Offered
We provide recruitment services to:
- Employers: Private hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers seeking permanent, temporary, or locum staff.
- Candidates: Medical professionals (e.g., consultants, nurses, allied health workers) seeking roles in the UK private healthcare sector.
2. Employer Obligations
- Provide accurate, lawful job descriptions and comply with CQC, HIS, and other regulatory standards.
- Pay agreed fees for successful placements (see Section 5).
- Conduct final interviews, reference checks, and employment contracts.
3. Candidate Obligations
- Supply truthful qualifications (e.g., GMC/NMC registration, right to work in the UK).
- Notify us of any conflicts of interest (e.g., existing contracts with competing agencies).
- Attend interviews/placements arranged through us unless otherwise agreed.
4. Fees & Payment
- Employers: Fees are due within X days of invoice. Late payments incur interest, defined in the contract.
- Candidates: No fees for job seekers.
- Refunds: No refunds for completed placements unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
- Candidate/employer data is used solely for recruitment purposes.
6. Liability
- We do not guarantee the suitability of candidates or employers.
- Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profits).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
